Holding....feeling good and I look more toned???? not a weight change although weighing later in the day could be the reason. Nevertheless I am grateful and still excited about health, fitness, eating well and overall lifestyle change. God is great!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
