yay!! i survived a social eating function aka a pool party yesterday! Lol.. i brought Jicama as a chips substitute and it worked great. i was able to enjoy snacking with everyone else. There was another girl there who was just as food obsessed as me who was thankful for the jicama, lol!
132.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

easy off...easy on..lol! im sure that ice cream bar i had yesterday helped. so worth it tho. :)
