I bought a new digital scale, come to find out my old one was 7lbs lighter :/ lol! But that's why it shows an increase in weight. But it is correct now. I have lost though.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
