So ToM is here. Usually I'm digging through the cabinets for chocolate or anything sweet. I'd even be going out to buy something I specifically crave. HOWEVER: this is my first ToM in 15 years that I have no cravings for sweets!

The only thing I can attribute this to is cutting out coffee from my diet. This is great. I'm really hoping that this will continue. It has always been my biggest challenge, cravings. It has been the main reason for my previous lack of long lasting success at dieting. If only I had figure this out years ago...

Well I am glad that there is someone out there that has figured out how to curb those ToM cravings. I still have them and I hate it. However, this month was not as bad as usual, but still had some.

I know what you mean. Even DH commented on how much more mellow I am this time around :)
