200 golf balls and and 1 hour of tennis, 1 large smoothie, cherries nuts and a decadent chicken sausage hoagie with spinach, roasted pepper avocado tasty
191.4 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
