I've changed my eating habits. I am eating what I want mostly. And not guilting myself into eating a "healthy meal" on top of that. not to mention I'm trying to cut out all the mommy grazing. so far I seem to be doing okay with this.
141.3 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
