Thank you so much but don't worry you will loose ithe in no time :) you should try this smoothie it's brilliant mainly water. Just 15 dates and I add a slice of watermelon for the taste and loads of water over half the blender full of water. It tastes lovely, is high in fibre and is perfect for a detox day. :) good luck :) X.
