Need to stay focused. I tend to go on then off a diet, never consistent. That is one challenge to focus on, the other is planning meals ahead and sticking to it. (I tend to stray from that too) Self discipline is my main challenge, if I can focus on that long enough then I am sure I will start to see positive results. So CHEERS!! to SELF DISCIPLINE, SELF DETERMINATION AND A KICK TO MY OWN ASS TO GET ME STARTED!!! TIME TO GET MY GROVE BACK!
281.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 136.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week
