My body seems to be enjoying the better eating. I have already dropped back down into the 180's. Like I said, I have no intention of dieting to lose weight but I do intend to eat clean and well (as best as I can) to keep myself at a healthy weight during the next 9 (or 7, or 8). If I lose some weight in the beginning because I am eating better, so be it. The goal is just not to gain more than is reasonable or healthy like I did with my daughter. 60 pounds now would be just awful!!! Here's to getting through the rest of my work day without falling asleep and to sleeping as much as humanly possible this weekend. Oh and staying on track :)

I wish I was better with my pregnancy weight gain (now my baby is 5 months) I gained 65 pounds with him and have only lost 30 of it. I was under the assumption that breastfeeding would make all the weight melt off...WRONG. Kudos to you for eating healthy this time around. I'm sure you will be better prepared this time around!
