due to not being able to lose any weight, however not gaining, I switched my diet around a little to try to get it moving, afrer a long time it seems to be working!!! yay
279.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
