I am going to lose 5 lbs this month. Well I will try. . . .
161.5 lb Lost so far: 76.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

thanks Deb! I'm focusing on my foods this week/ month and trying to come up with a new exercise plan! Teacher; BS refers to my blood sugar (fasting in the morning)! Thanks for your support!
