Okay, maybe this is what I've been waiting for. Followed the menu to a tee, and drank a ton of water which is easy for me. Down to 297 after being stuck on 300 for 1.5 weeks. Feel motivated and like I'm back on track.
297.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
