Had a revelation last night....Though I'm not thrilled with where my weight is at the moment. I currently what I weighed prior to my surgery in November. I just haven't kept off the weight I lost post-surgery. I remember saying at the time that I thought it was muscle loss, call it justifying my circumstance or denying or whatever. I've been working ever since then to gain that muscle back....so in reality I achieved my goal of not gaining any weight during my recovery....I just haven't lost any either...and that's ok. ActII of this journey is starting now...the numbers are going to start going down again.....
