One day I jumped to 184. Then I jumped to 185.2. Then I cut my carbs and dropped down to 179 in about 5 days. Insane. But good!
179.4 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Scared me for a minute. Such an unhealthy drop and concerned about your method to lose that much. Much better. Good job.
