back to eating ice cream every day!!!! Enjoying muffins!!! Time to back off!! Increase my water intake to minumum 2 qts a day
Breakfast - water only with walking hills
lunch - regular meals with emphasis on salads and protein
dinner - fresh made green juice using http://www.rebootwithjoe.com
snacks - raw pumpkin seeds and almonds, bags of butter lettuce, apples,
137.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
