I started at a size 42 waist. today i went and bought me a new pair of shorts (my old ones were getting a little worn out.) I knew i have been tightening my belts about 4-5 notches less but wasn't sure what size waist that was, and was pleasantly surprised to see i comfortable fit now in a size 38 waist. which reminds me i can dig into my older clothes box and have several new(old) pairs of jeans i can re-add into my dresser and start getting rid of the bigger stuff :)
only bought 1 pair saving to do some clothes shopping once i get back down to my size 32 waist (as i was in high school and my adult life up to age 27 when i started gaining) (i will probably have to buy a couple things as i hit the 34-36 range to get by with)
