Doctors appointment this morning so running late and cheated by having a McDonald's sausage biscuit for breakfast. I have Zumba tonight so I'll work it off and have a lite dinner. A little cheat once in a while is ok in moderation, I think it helps you from falling off the wagon and eating a whole pizza or something. Also downloaded an app onto my phone to track my steps everyday, I work a desk job and I don't think I get up and walk around as much as I should so maybe this will help.
