My 4oz of Shrimp were the baby shrimp The vegetables consist of: zuchini, green peppers, red peppers, onions (red and white) I cooked then on a little grapeseed oil with the top on my pan so they actually steamed. Did not know exactly how to record this so chose "cooked vegetables."
