I have lost about 2 lbs since yesterday when I began Atkins again for real. I am going through the detox, I guess, plus I have abdomenal pain which hopefully will go away with a lot of water, and less carbs...I feel positive about it already. :)
258.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
