I needed a break. It seems like I was becoming obsessed with logging every food and exercise, weighing everyday and not seeing the scales move, etc. I continued healthy eating and exercise - just didn't log in for a few days nor weigh myself. I am very pleased with the results! Down 3 lbs since my last weigh in! Only 7 bs away from goal #3! :) WooHoo!
