Today I'm going to do my tabata medicine ball workout that I made up:

Each round consists of that exercise 20 seconds on:10 seconds off 8x

1st round: burpees
2nd round: surfer squats
3rd round: standing high knees
4th round: jumping jacks
5th round: toe touches
