I got a new scale and it's a little different than my old one. It's showing a weight gain but I'm sure this scale is more accurate. I wanted to record my weight with my new scale.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 58.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 March 2011:
1392 kcal Fat: 97.54g | Prot: 106.28g | Carb: 18.78g.   Breakfast: whipping cream, coffee, splenda, atkins shake. Lunch: Flatout Flatbread, tuna fish, Hellman's real mayonnaise, dill pickle, black olives. Dinner: tilapia, parmesan cheese, hellmans mayo, butter, tomato, lettuce, Poppy Seed Dressing. Snacks/Other: swiss cheese, pepperoni. more...
