I have been at the same weight of 180 for the past month, Im becoming very discouraged and I dont know how Im gonna get passed this awful plateau. =( My hopes were to be 150 by my girls trip to Vegas in June.

I have had the same problem lately. It was only for a couple of weeks, but it does get discouraging when you work hard at trying to lose weight and nothing seems to happen. I think sometimes our bodies hit set points. That makes it hard to lose more, but it means we may not gain back what we have lost very easily either. What sometimes helps me is to increase my exercise some. (I know, it's harder to do if you have little ones around.) Another idea is to change up your exercise. When I got a Wii Fit for Christmas, I lost about 8 pounds in 6 weeks. Now I have slowed down, probably because my body is used to me doing those exercises. So I need to change them up again, if I want to kick my fat in the butt. :-) Just a thought.
