the summer and holidays are the two worst things. everyones eating the good stuff . the important thing is to keep on keeping on. eat better on the weekdays, do your exercises and whatever goal you have set, and don't sweat the weekend! its summer :)

You and me both in the same boat! Haven't been on here for ages and have packed on 6lbs in the interval. So easy to put on. I think I am finally back in a place where I can get back to losing and I am sure you will too when you are ready. Hot weather always makes me retain fluid, but in my case that's not the reason for the whole of my gain. When you are mentally receptive, you will get back to it. Be kind to yourself and cut yourself a bit of slack in the whole being angry at yourself thing - tomorrow is another day and your potential new beginning. There's no restriction on those!! 😀

You are okay. Just a suggestion... try to weigh once a week, instead of many times during the week. Some people do better with once a month. The thought process is that you can average out the calories over a period of time. One day over the RDI, six days under to get the desired number for the whole week. When we stumble, falter, or fall, we eventually have to get up, dust ourselves off, and work at "that project" again! Just don't give up :)
