Stress stress stress
212.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week

You may be stressed, but the good thing is you didn't let it interfere with your eating habits, as the scale could have went the other way for sure + some. Excellent Job!
