Wow... well updating ... I am exercising in the pool..my hip, back and side hurt. My Gastro doctor is doing more tests and has taken two more foods away from me because they are causing me discomfort and bloating.... really!! My food list is small as it is... this is getting laughable! Actually it isn't to bad no migraine today... so this woman is a very happy person :) I did swim in the pool and with the summer heat it is the only thing saving my bacon. I recently had another binge eating day... all allowed foods though. I think it may have been sparked by to much sugar.. so I will watch that in the future. :)

I have a lot of food allergies too. Some days are better than others. I got a lot of help by taking anti fungus supplements like oregano oil and garlic because my doctor thinks i have leaky gut from an overgrowth of yeast. This is caused by antibiotic use. Leaky gut causes the "allergy" symptoms. I hope following a low sugar paleo diet will help me get rid of leaky gut and maybe eat regular foods again, but the yeast and oregano were really helpful for mr. As always consult your doctor before taking supplements...

I have read about "Leaky gut"... all of this is new.. how did you handle shopping and changing your eating? Any good food ordering cites? I have found these healthy foods are sooooo expensive, so I am trying to eat whole fruits and vegies as approved by my doctors list. I can have garlic, but Olive oil is the only one on my list.

The oregano is an anti fungal. It tastes bad and mostly I take it as a supplement (gel capsule). Getting rid of the yeast also greatly reduced sugar cravings for mr, making it easier to diet :)
