Got it back on track yesterday. Nice to know I can take some time off and get back to it. That's what I'll need for maintenance, right? (I love thinking ahead to what that will be like!!)
190.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
