So yes, I am up. BUT my last weigh in was after a day at 400 calories and I suspect WAY dehydrated. I didn't really believe it then and I shot way up after that.

I've made some major tweaks to my diet, namely increasing my calories and activity level both by a fair amount. I think eating at 1000-1200 is just too low for me. I'm shooting for 1300-1500 a day now. That means I should fall in around 1400.

I have a doctors appointment to get my foot looked at tomorrow, I am fairly certain it is plantar faciitis now. Hopefully he can make this pain GO AWAY and tell me how to avoid it in the future so I can get back to Couch to 5K. With the increased calories and back on the program, I should see some stellar results.
206.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
