Got back on the treadmill finally yesterday after a week of not exercising due to " life " and boy did my body scream! Today before the fireworks I am going to do laundry ( been neglecting ) and walk at my favorite park. I will also do my arms workout with resistance bands.
Yesterday was my oldest daughters only daughters 5th birthday.My little red headed firecracker. I went to their house for a birthday breakfast then the rest of the day was spontaneous! Picnic at beach,swimming,playing at park,checking out new camping spot we are hitting hopefully this month. Beautiful birthday drive and many laughs! It was a great day!
