I traveled to arizona this past weekend for a wedding...I ate and drank my heart out...lol...but I wasn't going to pass up the food at a 100,000 dollar wedding...plus free alcohol...today I am feeling extremely bloated...I haven't eaten the best today, but at least I am under my calories. I am going to try and be good for the rest of the week. I need to keep up the water...The boyfriend just went grocery shopping so now there is food here at least. I really hope everyone is doing well and I am too afraid to weigh myself.. I am hoping tomorrow I will feel up to it.
