Yesterday I ate three nut muffins and was swollen by evening/night. I also had chipotle in my cauliflower soup. Today, I was still a little swollen in the morning, but that decreased as the day went on. I forgot and ate some soup post gym, but no reaction. So maybe the nut muffins instead of the pepper??
