I had a baby.

Well, it's time for a restart. I need to drop these 40lbs.

I'm going to try to learn to love running. I've started a walk/jog program that I can hopefully sustain. I have my husband on board too, so this will make it easier.

I'm only doing 25 mins/day divided into 10 mins first round and 15 second round in the evening. I need to work my heartrate up.
