So today I weighed myself and I all of a sudden lost 3 pounds since Thursday. I guess the weight loss finally caught up with me and I am seeing results of my low calorie intake diet. Next week I will incorporate exercise into my diet as well and see where that gets me.

hmmm i might have to try that too. because i havent lost much weight in going on 3 weeks i think but im working so hard. maybe ill try to switch things up and these pounds will start droping! lol Good luck! and thanks for the idea!
