3.3 miles walked this AM; 2.6 of it w/dogs. Felt good after taking both Sat. & Sun. off from designated exercise.

FOOD NOTES: Too much peanut butter (darn!). Even though calories and carbs OK for the days in question, it triggers at least moderate cravings and makes me bloated. Use in EXTREME moderation.
