I am proud of myself and finding it easier and easier...21 days to develop a new habit and I am almost there. 17 days and 12 pounds down! Occassionally, I miss pizza but it is not like I ate it that often and I know once I get where I want to be I can have it again. I used to do fitday all the time and really got my weight down, but stopped logging, stopped weighing, stopped exercising and what do I expect? I look back at where I was and I know I can get there again. I am ashamed of myself for loosing sight of me and aside from not looking as good as I can I am not as healthy as I should or could be. If I love those around me how can I do that to myself? I shouldn't and I won't...not anymore. I have the application on my phone and that makes it easy...no excuse to log in. The scale is out in the bathroom so I see it all day (since I work from home). We are going to Atlantis in 2012 and that is in my sights. We have bought a boat for this summer and I love to sunbath...I want to look good while doing it.
230.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
