All those past weigh ins recorded here have been based on a faulty scale! I have joined a fat loss program at work, and according to their scale, I am 10 pounds heavier than my scale at home.

This is very heartbreaking for me, but it makes sense. I have been around that 160 plateau for a long time now, not really gaining or losing. It turns out it was a 170lb plateau!

My friend has been doing Jenny Craig for a few weeks, and she has already lost a significant amount. I can't afford it, but I do like the idea of having a whole week's foor planned out and available. It leaves less hunger and less worry about what to eat next. This can also help to pre-count my calorie consumption!

The other changes I plan to implement include getting more sleep and joining a kick-boxing program.
169.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
