Can someone out there tell me what calories I should be eating in Carbs, Fat and Protein if my RDI is 1400? I am trying to maintain. I work out 6 days a week ( spinning, weights, elliptical, running) and am trying to tone and build some muscle. I am 5'8" and 135-140 lbs and 55 yrs old. female.
