So I started Weight Watchers (or, at least, the poor woman's version of Weight Watchers; thank you Internet!) today. My target is 34 points and I ate 58 today. Now, I know I just started but it's eye opening to see how much unhealthy food I'm eating...
Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I'm going to try to walk on the treadmill a bit tomorrow. :)
