Well, I have been eating more to cover the calories spent in exercise. Thinking about this eating I do, and see that I reach for salty/high fat foods when I am thirsty and feeling stressed. And feel a renewed interest in turning this behavior of mine around! Time will tell - really avoided potato chips between meals today. so will see how tomorrow goes!
162.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
