very important stretch here. been at it about 6 weeks. things are going very well... but for some reason the past few days i have given in to cravings and have found reasons to miss out on exercise.

on the good side... i have at least done two things, every day:
1) recorded everything i eat, even when not particularly proud of it
2) kept total calories under 2000 per day, even on the very worst of days.

so the question is:
is this a trend that will continue as a backslide into bad habits and eventually regain all the weight i've lost?
or
is this a blip; a warning sign... a key fork in the road - which i will look back on one day and be glad i took the right path that leads me back to good eating and exercise habits?


I really believe it is the latter. tomorrow (monday) starts a new day and a new week. cant undo what ive done the past few days, and really, its not like i have totally backslid (i used to eat 3,500 or 4,000 calories per day without even trying) but if i can just get back to where i was the past 6 weeks and maybe even add one or two more good habits (a little more exercise, a little less sweets?) i WILL lose this 75 lbs and becoem the healthy person that i know i can be.
227.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 50.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
