*Phew* I just did the 2 mile "Walk at Home" DVD and it totally kicked my butt! The frustrating part is that 2 weeks ago when I was working out 4-5 times a week, it was nothing, and now it almost killed me! But that's what 7 days without purposeful exercise will do! I'm not going to let that happen again!

Great you got through it though. Its seems if i skip a day or two, its so hard to get back to it again. I also tried the 3 mile starting last week. I made it through once lol. I think i will just do the 1 mile in the morning and then the 2 later in day for now.

I wish I could do the 3 mile walk... I think I just need to build up my stamina for the 2 mile and then try the 3 mile. From your experience, is the 3 mile just a longer version of the 2 mile? Because when I went from the 1 to 2 mile walk, I noticed it was faster and longer... is that the same with the 3 mile?

You'll get there! I have a friend who uses this DVD & she really seems to like it. You're right that taking too much time off can set you back a bit. I will share that earlier on when I was working up my endurance on the treadmill, I was doing it 6 days a week, but at a certain point I was noticing that my body was getting really achy in the mornings from the impact. I started putting a day in between & that did the trick. Now that I run, I always put at least a day between runs & from what I hear that's recommended in general. If you're not having any issues with achiness in the morning then you should do it as often as you like, but that's something to watch for. Keep up the good work girlie!
