1200 Calories's Journal, 29 June 2014

Haven't been eating that great lately. Not enough time to eat healthy during the day and then eating way too big dinners at night because I am so hungry. Started to make a list of items to have ready in the fridge that I like and can snack on before dinner to crave the hunger. I like raw broccoli so that is good. Also blueberries can satisfy me for something sweet. I need to think on this more.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
