ok, ill probably go up a bit by tm bc ive been eating like crap lately but ill deal with it. i start ripped freak td so well see how that goes for a bit i like the energy boost so far
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
