5K Run or Dye tomorrow morning. I'm pushing my 17 month old in the running stroller, and encouraging my 6 year old to run to each color station with me. I'm excited to be doing this even with my kids. I hope it plants the seed to teach them to stay active, have fun while being active, and to be thankful for the body and ability that God has given them.

Awesome!! Sounds like fun! I'm doing a 5K next week with my hubby and his family, but my kids are going to cheer us on from the sidelines. I think it's great for kids to see their family members being active and being encouraged to be active as well. Have a blast tomorrow!
