The shock of the 235 line has scared me into better behavior.

Rode my bicycle to work yesterday, 20 miles round trip. Better.

Tonight I'm back to fencing. Better.

I realized I've been skimping on my 3-liters-of-water rule. I'll be back to that today.

The road seems so much longer after that setback.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
