Well, I went to the doctor last week and found out why I have no energy. My Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D were veeerryy low, so I was immediately put on high supplements of both. I can already tell a difference. I don't have all my energy back yet, but at least I'm not totally exhausted when I get home. I've noticed an improvement even with a sinus/head cold-thing for the last several days, so I'd say that's pretty good. On the downside, my cholesterol's back up and I had to be put back on meds for my heartburn. I haven't needed my heartburn meds in a year and a half, and I had gotten my cholesterol levels down good 2.5 years ago. Really disappointing! But, hopefully, the new vitamins and low cholesterol diet will really help and life will make a turn for the better soon. Have a great day, friends!

Glad you find out. Hope your diligent about your supplements. D is hard to get from food but easier to get in the summer. My bf had really low B levels (happens to a lot of vegetarians). He hates supplements in pill form so we put him on Floradix. They have great products.

Totally clueless how I could be low on B12--I am a big meat-eater!! Chicken, pork chops, steak, seafood, I love it all! lol Ah well, at least I'm feeling better. Last night I made supper, cleaned house, played with my kids and went to sleep easily. Yay!

Try mixing a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of water and drinking it to kill heartburn and avoid the medication. Works for everyone I know who has tried it
