This morning I was toying with the idea of having a carb day since my way of eating is low carb/ high protein. I decided against it, but I allowed myself a 5 pc. Buffalo Chicken Fingers with celery from Zaxby's for lunch.
This is good progress btw, I would have normally ordered their Buff Ckn Finger Salad or the Buff Ckn Finger Meal with a Sweat Tea no Ice.
Things were fine, but suddenly I made a conscious decision to ignore my conscience and I dived face first into the rest of my frozen blueberries. There had to be atleast three servings left and I ate all of them. Plus, I gobbled up some natty pb with flax seed as well.
I was completely in control. I had the will to stop but a sort of rebellion took over and I did it anyways.
I'm going to record this food as my public punishment. I hold my head high as I walk to the stocks of my own freewill. I shout to my public, "At least it wasn't icecream!"
