I'm having one of those days. I am not feeling good in my body. A "fat" day so to speak. Silly because I have on a pair of size 14 Eddie Bauer cords as I sit here. I hear the voices of all my fatsecret buddies who advise against daily weigh ins ... but I have to get over this being affected by a scale fluctuation. I'm impatient, I want to be under 200 soooooooooo bad. UGH. I got so busy last night I didn't even eat 1000 calories yesterday. My mind thinks surely I should have seen a decline on Frank. But, alas, NO. Instead I saw a .2 increase. What the heck ... the scale can fluctuate 5 lbs in a day, so what? The good news is today will pass and no doubt I will feel completely different tomorrow. Oh yea, and we are having a potluck during our staff meeting today ... I dread potlucks. Although I did make a very healthy dish, Bean & Rice Salad to share. It only has 163 calories per cup ... and is extremely tasty. Well, I better finish getting ready for work ... and see if I want to change my clothes AGAIN ... I've only had 3 different outfits on so far today!! LOL!!
201.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It looks like you've still been doing really well while I've been gone - but I sooooo know how any increase no matter how small can just ruin a day. Just remember that tomorrow is another day, and likely a decrease on weigh in. Drink some extra water today - that usually does it for me!

I wanted to be under 200 so bad and it took I think 3 weeks to lose that one pound to get me under. BUT I am here to say it happened. It will for you too. Some days I too have the fat days which is weird considering how much I have lost and the size I am in but it happens, just try to get thru.I have been advised against daily weigh ins too. Even went as far as to have hubby hide it, but that was so horrible for me. I barely got through that week and for me and my personality I need to check 3x a day everyday. You are doing fantastic, keep it up. You can do this!!!

If you could hear me you would hear me chuckling ... and see a smirk on my face ... just thinking about how I would respond if the scale was hidden from me!! Thanks so much for the encouragement ... I know you all are right. It is just one of those days ... and tomorrow will be a new day. I'm not giving up ... that's not an option!!

haha potlucks and buffets, my friend. but you'll make it! I know being under 200 was a big mile stone for me too, and for some reason, the 190-170's flew by for me. Things just seem to get little easier. Almost like 200 is at the top of a big hill. Dont worry. Like you said, there is no deadline. You just need patience and you will get there sooner than you think.

Well I survived the german chocolate cream pie, the brownies, and the cookies!! I had my rice & bean salad, one chicken wing (baked), and 1 deviled egg ... now I'm hungry again ... time for my yogurt!!
