Hola everyone,
I just finished the shoulder & arm workout in the P90X dvd set. My arms were on fire!!! I feel good that I made it through the whole workout. Well this is the third worout from this program that I've completed, and I really enjoy Tony's Xtreme exercises and attitude. Well keep your heads up and stomachs tight :-)!
