Well my week was a good one, Been cleaning the house and yard. We been letting the kids get wet outside and they been having fun playing and running around. I love seeing kids play and having fun. Sunday I got wet and now I think I am getting a cold cause I woke up feeling sick. I have a running nose, sore throat, coughing. I know that I haven’t been getting over 10000 steps but I am walking and moving. I am also in control of what I eat and drink but for some reason I am gaining not losing. I just can’t figure out what I am doing wrong.

My menu for last week was the following, Mon Breakfast--- Atkins shake, Snack--- coffee with yogurt, Lunch--- tuna on low carb pita bread with pickle with diet aw, Dinner--- steak with low carb pasta and sauce with 32 oz water, Dessert--- carb smart ice cream bar with coffee.
Tues Breakfast--- Yogurt with coffee, Snack--- peach and 32 oz water, Lunch 2 hot dogs with chili sauce (no bun)with pickle and diet aw, Dinner--- boneless chicken breast with veggies with diet aw, Snack--- coffee
Wed Breakfast--- Atkins shake, Snack--- cherries with 32 oz water, Lunch--- Ham on low carb pita bread with pickle and diet aw, Dinner--- Italian sausage with peppers and sauce on spaghetti squash with diet aw, Snack--- Coffee
Thurs breakfast--- low carb pancakes 3 with sugar free syrup with coffee, Snack ---Atkins bar with 32 oz water, Lunch--- tuna on pita with pickle with diet aw, Dinner---steak with veggies with diet aw, Snack carb smart ice cream bar and coffee
Fri B—yogurt with coffee, Snack--- peach with 32 oz water, Lunch--- hamburger patty (no bun) with tossed salad with diet aw, Dinner--- chicken breast with pasta and sauce with diet aw, Snack—coffee
Sat B--- Atkins shake, Snack—cherries with 32 oz water, Lunch—eggs with fruit and bacon and coffee, Dinner--- meatloaf with broccoli N cheese and side salad with diet aw, Snack--- coffee
Sun B--- yogurt with coffee, Snack---- peach with 32 oz water, Lunch--- low carb pepperoni pizza with diet aw, Dinner ---- chicken breast with pasta and sauce with diet aw, Dessert carb smart ice cream bar with coffee.

So I don’t have a clue to what I am doing wrong you know. I feel like I am never getting below the 200 mark.. Can you please give me your advice thanks. Hope everyone had a good week. Sandy
